onion projects was established in 2001 to enable an informal group of experienced managers and organisational consultants in London to use our imagination, skills and learning in more flexible and creative ways. Between us we have vast experience of what works, and why things sometimes go wrong, in all kinds of (ad)ventures.

Onion's founder- with 25 years experience of senior management in the UK not-for-profit sector, Simon is an accomplished video-maker and trainer, with a wide interest in the arts.

Alison Murdoch

Runs a Tibetan Buddhist Centre in South London, after being an art expert at Sotheby's and a leading innovator in the field of provision for homeless people in the UK.
